Please review our spa policies before booking your appointment.
Reservations
- Advance reservations are highly recommended.
- Guests may book appointments through Reception, Front Desk, Phone, WhatsApp, or the Modern Spa website.
- Treatment availability is subject to prior booking and therapist availability.
- Prices and services are subject to change without prior notice.
Check-In
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment duration to avoid delays for subsequent guests.
- Full treatment charges will apply even if treatment duration is reduced due to late arrival.
Health & Special Needs
- Please inform our spa consultant before booking if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart conditions, recent surgery, allergies, injuries, or are undergoing medical treatment.
- Certain therapies may not be recommended based on your health condition.
- Guests are responsible for providing accurate health information prior to treatment.
Clothing & Spa Etiquette
- Robes, disposable undergarments, slippers, and towels will be provided for spa treatments.
- Appropriate draping will be maintained throughout the service to ensure privacy and comfort.
- Guests are requested to maintain a peaceful environment and respect other spa visitors.
Cancellation Policy
- Appointments cancelled less than 4 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.
- No-shows may be charged the full treatment amount.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Payment Policy
- All payments must be completed before or immediately after the treatment.
- Government taxes extra. Applicable service charges may apply.
- All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Spa Policies
- Mobile phones should be kept on silent mode within the spa premises.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and prohibited substances are strictly not permitted.
- Management reserves the right to refuse service to guests displaying inappropriate behaviour or arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Modern Spa is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.
Liability
- Spa treatments are intended for relaxation and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical treatment or professional healthcare advice.
- Guests receiving treatments do so at their own discretion and responsibility.
